Hampton Inn Long Island/Commack

Stayed here for 5 days with our college soccer team. Location is fantastic as there is a phenomenal NY Diner next door...also Starbucks, Chik Fil A and Bagel Basket (MUST try) also walking distance. The hotel was remodeled within last few months and everything from the lobby to workout room to guest rooms were sparkling clean. The front desk staff is amazing and so pleasant to deal with...as was Maryann the hotel manager! The lobby has a great buzz to it with people hanging out and socializing at all hours of day. Felt like our home away from home and we will return!!!

Used this hotel for wedding room block. Best price I could find on Long Island for such great services, cleanliness, and amenities. Lots of remodeling was done over the summer - looked so great! Also, Maryann is AMAZING. So sweet and accommodating. Made it really easy to check in on who booked under block and was able to do wedding welcome bags for guests for no cost. Even was nice enough to give us the suite at no cost since we filled rooms for the wedding block. Was able to get a conference room for the next morning to have breakfast in and it was clean and ready for us to use. Definitely recommend. Especially for a quick stay and to all brides who are looking. Thank you Maryann and Hampton Inn Commack 😊

I can only justify one star as I was charged $20 at check out. I had no charges and was told it was a security deposit. I was never told about this charge in advance. Also when I called the reservation line I was told all the rooms were booked up. Oh but they could get me in to a special reservation for $350. I paid more than $100 less by booking through my Venture X card. Amazing how rooms suddenly became available. The room.was nice. The coffee and breakfast were awful.

Hello my name is Jason Judd I'm disabled with MS for the past tens years now I'm bound to use a walker for my mobility. We've been staying at the Hampton Inn my wife and my sons now for past 4 weeks now as we are waiting for approval on our home. In all this time everything seemed well and alright until last night. When our neighbors across the hall were enjoying the football game last night Jacksonville and the Bengals swearing dropping f bombs. Then this morning we received a call to our room accusing us of what occurred across the hall from us telling me and my family we would be asked to leave ahead of time of when we're paid up until. I went to the front desk to explain what had occurred last night and even until this morning thru 7am neighbors were still swearing audibles. I just can't believe they would make a threat or accusation like this to My Family whatsoever without knowing what occured. Our stay seemed pleasant up until now just feeling out of place and a unwelcoming feeling . Thankyou The exterior back doors need springs they are forceful when passing thru with my walker always pushing at my legs i struggle. I wish there was a handicapped entrance .There's an awful smell outback where the septic field may be failing awful odor. Also the pets garbage barrel outside needs to be emptied as well it's been full and left unattended thru our stay This has been our stay . The Hotel is located in a convenient area for your shopping and eateries needs. The staff, cleaners, maintenance and cook are very cordial and pleasant.Thankyou for listening .
